This year, Franklin Window and Door will be displayed alongside the Marvin booth, with hopes of showcasing a company commercial, plenty of window and door information and lastly, a surprise activity for kids.
The Indianapolis Home Show has been a staple in Indiana design and modeling since 1922. Even though the show receded during the depression, popularity reemerged shortly after World War II, and ever since, has proceeded to become a fixture in Indiana's culture. Each year, the show offers Indianapolis design enthusiasts an opportunity to see a fully landscaped "Centerpiece" Home; there to demonstrate excellent craftsmanship, quality materials and of course, new and innovative features. And, the influence of these model homes along with their design aesthetics, can be seen throughout the state of Indiana. In neighboring communities, Centerpiece Homes from previous years have been rebuilt or copied, and now serve as a source of design and architectural inspiration.
Lastly, another interactive way for visitors to get excited about home design, is through meeting and greeting several celebrity guests. This year, entrepreneurs and TV personalities, including HGTV's mother and daughter duo from Indianapolis, Karen Rominger and Mina Starsiak, will be in attendance to share some tricks of the trade.
So, make sure to stop by and expand your view on windows, doors and so much more!
